5. International Data Transfers
As a matter of historical practice, a fulfillment agent based in China, together with its ERP system, previously had access to customer names and shipping addresses in connection with order fulfillment. That relationship is being wound down as of July 2026, and fulfillment is transitioning entirely to Acutrack, Inc. in the United States. Aside from this historical arrangement, we do not deliberately transfer personal information outside the United States; our current vendors are U.S.-based cloud services.
6. Data Retention
We retain order and transaction records for seven years to satisfy tax, warranty, and chargeback-related obligations. Other categories of personal information are retained only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, or as required by law.
7. Your California and State Privacy Rights
Depending on your state of residence, you may have rights to access, delete, or correct your personal information, and to opt out of certain uses. No personal information is sold by us for money. Under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act, our use of advertising pixels to transmit site-visit and event data for cross-context behavioral advertising constitutes "sharing" as that term is defined by California law, and you have the right to opt out of that sharing.
To submit a request to access, delete, or correct your personal information, please email support@thefaithmade.com. Requests are currently handled directly by our support team.
8. Data Security and Incidents
We have not experienced any data breach or unauthorized access incident affecting customer personal information to date.
